ICM Class Action Litigation
On June 17, 2014, Outten & Golden LLP filed a Class Action Complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against International Creative Management (“ICM”) on behalf of all unpaid interns who worked nationwide. The complaint alleges that interns are owed minimum wages for all hours worked. Outten & Golden will ask the court to certify the case as a class action and authorize them to send notice of the lawsuit to all current and former unpaid interns.
