Charlie Rose Class Action Litigation

Talk show host Charlie Rose has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of unpaid interns, as detailed in a settlement agreement that Outten & Golden LLP filed in New York Supreme Court on December 18, 2012. The settlement provides for a substantial payment to the approximately 190 unpaid interns who worked on Mr. Rose’s PBS talk show, “The Charlie Rose Show,” between March 14, 2006 and October 1, 2012.
